Google Analytics 4 (with cookies, without UserIDs, without Google Signals)
We use Google Analytics 4 on our website, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). This allows us to analyze user behavior on our website.
By using Google Analytics 4, so-called "cookies" are used by default. Cookies are text files that are stored on your device and enable an analysis of your use of a website. The information collected by cookies about your use of the website (including the IP address transmitted by your device, truncated by the last digits, see below) is generally transmitted to a Google server, where it is stored and processed. This also involves the transfer of information to the servers of Google LLC, located in the USA, where the information and collected data are further processed for their own purposes. For the transfer of your data to the USA, we obtain separate consent in accordance with Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR and also point out the particular risk, as data protection rights are affected by such a transfer.
When using Google Analytics 4, the IP address transmitted by your device when you use the website is automatically shortened by removing the last digits and is only collected and processed in this way.
On our behalf, Google uses this and other information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on your website activities and usage behavior, and to provide us with other services related to your website and internet usage. The data collected through the use of Google Analytics 4 is stored for two months and then deleted.
Furthermore, Google Analytics 4 enables the creation of statistics with statements about the age, gender, and interests of website users via a special function called "demographic characteristics," based on an evaluation of interest-based advertising and the use of third-party information. This enables the identification and differentiation of website user groups for the purpose of targeted marketing efforts. However, data collected via the "demographic characteristics" function cannot be attributed to any specific person, including you personally. This data is stored for two months and then deleted.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of Google Analytics cookies for storing and reading information on the device you use to access the website, will only take place if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 Para. 1 TTDSG. Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your use of the website. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please deactivate this service using the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google for our use of Google Analytics 4.
Data is transferred to a third country (in this case, the USA) or an international organization. The adequacy decision can now serve as a basis for data transfers to certified organizations in the USA. Newsletter:
When you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. Personal data is collected for this purpose. The only mandatory information required to send you the newsletter is your email address. Providing any other information is voluntary and will be used to personalize our communications with you.
We use this data for our own advertising purposes in the form of email newsletters and for tracking, provided you have expressly consented to this as follows: "Yes, I would like to subscribe to the newsletter and agree to its tracking!"
We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending our newsletter. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter after you have explicitly confirmed that you consent to receiving it. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to click on the corresponding link to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter in the future.
By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to use your personal data in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a) GDPR. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your IP address, which is registered by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), as well as the date and time of registration, in order to be able to trace any potential misuse of your email address at a later date.

Newsletter distribution via Brevo (Sendinblue):
Our email newsletters are distributed via the technical service provider Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, to whom we transfer the data you provided when subscribing to the newsletter. This transfer is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in using an effective, secure, and user-friendly newsletter system. The data you entered for newsletter subscription (e.g., email address) is stored on Sendinblue's servers in the EU.
Sendinblue uses this information to send and statistically analyze newsletters on our behalf. For this analysis, the emails we send contain web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files stored on our website. This allows us to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked. Technical information is also collected (e.g., time of access, IP address, browser type, and operating system). The data is collected exclusively in pseudonymized form and is not linked to your other personal data; direct identification of individuals is therefore impossible. This data is used solely for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better tailor future newsletters to the interests of the recipients. If you wish to object to this data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Gemstones are not a short-term investment. Their value develops over years, often decades. An investment horizon of five to ten years is recommended. This way, returns are not generated through fluctuations, but value through stability.
For beginners, aquamarines, tourmalines, spinels, peridots, and tanzanites are recommended – solid investments with consistent demand.
For larger volumes, the “Big Three” are suitable: ruby, sapphire, and emerald.
The Paraiba tourmaline is considered a rarity of the highest quality and a specialty of experienced investors.
